Please take this review into serious consideration as it is really despicable that tenured members of your business have nothing positive to say about your top line (Prospective employees, please take this review seriously and do not commit your entire livelihood to the hopes that this company will actually build a meaningful skillset for you - especially at the operational level, there is no thoughtful career development or well executed strategy) ![]() A simple google search would reveal that this is wrong and an actual HR team would realize that incentivizing the management team with monetary incentives would increase the performance of the teams, while still filling the manager's pocket and ensuring that the staff is being dealt appropriate tips - This glass door page is filled with very evident, superficial reviews. The fact that their HR team does and dispenses information from behind a desk, never having met or interacted with any of the staff in person, is absolutely criminal and just repetitive of the fact that nobody at the operational line understands what "the people at the top" even do - aside from change the kitchen menu every month to feature specialty items that we don't sell enough of, and then have leftover 20 lbs. Company struggles with follow HR policies and in-fact does not really have an HR presence to properly vet employee issues the remote corporate culture of this company is especially laughable, since their staff and operation is a totally in-person business. ![]() Company has a district manager who flagrantly makes inappropriate comments to employees about their dispensability. The volume of what comes down the pipeline completely discredits her believability as someone to respect. Upper Management has no idea what they are doing high-salaries are gifted to individuals at the top who have minimal presence in the operation itself - Regional Managers (who are barely in-studio) have too much authority over scheduling and it's unclear what they are paid to do since they are not touching their stores and they are taking the rightful task of the studio manager away by not delegating scheduling to them - CEO has a bizarrely toxic persona which does not bare any authenticity she enjoys celebrating staff through sugar-coated slack announcements, but rumors about how the company has misled so many of its employees directly in due part to her are everywhere.
